PT Mitra Sindo Sukses, a subsidiary of PT Modernland Realty Tbk. and the developer of the Jakarta Garden City township, in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) East Jakarta, once again held a blood donation event involving the participation of employees of PT Modernland Realty Tbk. and residents around the Jakarta Garden City township. This social activity, which also included health check-ups, took place on Friday, June 20, 2025, at the Function Hall of the Club House, Jakarta Garden City, Cakung, East Jakarta.

Sami Miettinen, Residential & Commercial Director of PT Modernland Realty Tbk., stated that the blood donation activity is one of the company’s initiatives to show social care and solidarity, encouraging the active participation of Modernland employees, particularly within the Jakarta Garden City township.

“Blood donation is a noble and healthy act. In addition to helping others and saving many lives, it also contributes to maintaining good health,” said Sami Miettinen.
